Yes, we ship not only in the UK but also worldwide.
Please buy from the website as usual and enter your shipping address accordingly. Shipping charges will be calculated according to the weight of the items and your country.
If you have a shop outside the UK and would like a wholesale account. Please contact us. We ship to Europe and abroad.
I registered myself on the website but why can’t I see trade prices?
We will issue all trade customers with trade logins to order from the website. For that, please contact us to give us the business name, address, phone number and email address. It’s not possible to obtain trade prices by registering yourself on the website. If that were possible, any general member of the public would do it and buy single items at trade prices. Therefore, we need to check that all trade accounts are opened for genuine businesses before giving permission to the user to access the trade area.
If you have already registered your details on the website, contact us and we will upgrade your permission status to trade customer so that you can proceed to order online.
Postage dates for Christmas?
Our last postage date for Christmas are 17th December for second class post and 18th December for 1st class post/next day courier orders.
To ensure your order is packed and ready for dispatch, please place your order by 16th December, noon, to ensure you receive delivery by Christmas.
Will the products have barcodes and labels?
Yes all products will have barcodes and labels.
How much is your carriage charge?
That would depend on which method of carriage you choose at checkout. Typically an order up to 12kg by standard courier will be £9.95 plus VAT.
Is there free delivery?
All orders £300 plus VAT and over enjoy free delivery to UK Mainland.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
For UK trade customers, there are no minimum order requirements.
Nordic trade customers should refer to the Nordic terms and conditions.
How do I become a trade customer?

Can I order an item that’s out of stock?
Yes, you may place a “backorder”. Delivery times can be up to 3 months. We will dispatch your order as soon as the products are received.
Why are products out of stock?
Most of our items are handmade items made by small producer groups. Unfortunately it is in the nature of handmade fair trade goods that products can go out of stock. Little Trove is not able to hold very large quantities of goods due to being a young but growing company. We pay our producers in advance of production. It can take 3 months for goods to be in our warehouse from the time of ordering. We do our best to maintain stock levels based on sales levels and available resources. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Where are the products from?
Our products are mainly from India and Indonesia. They have been ethically sourced from these countries. We are the main importers of many of the products in our range.
Can direct sellers have trade accounts?
As we are no longer recruiting party plan consultants, we are focusing on supplying products to shops and direct sellers. If you are a self-employed direct seller looking to earn something, why not sign up for a trade account and access wholesale prices.
Can I buy a gift voucher?

We offer gift vouchers of any value. The voucher will be emailed directly to you/your recipient.
Time periods for refunds?
By law, you may cancel your order for a refund up to 14 days from the time of your order. Please contact us for more details.
In addition to that, Little Trove offers a 28 day refund/exchange period from the date of your order.
I would like to cancel my order or get a refund
Contact us on 01782 922536 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a refund. We will advise on whether and how to return the order to us. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we receive back the product in the condition that it was sent to you.
What do I do if my item is received damaged/incomplete?
If you receive your order damaged or incomplete, please contact email@example.com or call 01792 922536 within a reasonable time period to inform us of that. For damaged items, it would be useful to email us a picture of the item so we can advise accordingly.
We will replace all damaged items at our cost (including postage). If an order is incomplete, we will also send out the missing item(s) as a matter of priority at our cost.
Can I pick up the order myself?

Do you offer free delivery?
For deliveries to the UK, we offer free delivery for orders over £300.
For international orders, please contact us for postage prices.
What is Ogone and is it safe to pay via Ogone?
Ogone is a card processing company. It is perfectly safe to use Ogone to make a card payment on our website. At checkout, if you choose to pay via Ogone, you will be directed to Ogone’s secure website with SSL certificate, where you will be able to enter your card details securely.
Little Trove does not store or hold any credit/debit card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro credit and debit cards via our website. We also accept Paypal payments.
For trade customers who order by phone or email, we will issue invoices and take payment via credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
Sorry we do not accept cheques.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Little Trove dispatches internet orders within 1 – 2 days. If you choose standard delivery, delivery will be 3 – 5 days from dispatch. If you choose First Class, delivery will be 1 – 2 days from dispatch.
What are your postage prices?
That depends on which method of postage you choose at checkout. Our prices are based on Royal Mail prices and is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. The postage price will be shown at checkout before your order is confirmed, so you can proceed to purchase only if you are happy with the total price.

How quickly do you dispatch goods after I place my order?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days for both national and international orders for items that are in stock. If items are on backorder, we will dispatch what’s in stock first and dispatch the rest later.

The website is live 24 hours 7 days a week.
We have a 2 week shutdown over the Christmas period, starting the Saturday before Christmas and ending the Sunday after New Year. However, one member of staff will periodically process orders and dispatch parcels over that time period too, so please carry on ordering via the website over our “shutdown” period too.
